Arrogant Angela Hillery of NHFT loses in court then tells a blatant lie

Angela Hillery is one of the most arrogant people I have come across. Tom Pursglove MP for Corby wrote to her suggesting she now apologise for 2 years of telling me I was wrong and the distress caused and their discrimination remarks in court. She writes 'we are sorry that we were unable to resolve the concerns raised without recourse to the courts'. Then goes on to insist they were right in everything. The judge, she believes was sympathetic about their complaints handling but that it was just a technicality. There is no such thing as a technical breach - you either break the law or you don't and in this case I won in court so they broke the law!!!! And if the judge was so sympathetic as she says why did they lose that case???!!!! A judge couldn't be sympathetic to them when he awarded me the case and compensation!

It gets worse, she is totally clueless as to the law and how the courts operate, this is also due in part to their totally incompetent solicitor James Howett from DAC Beachcroft - both state no harm arose from the breaches with Hillery writing 'where evidence of distress was not placed before the court'. What an absolute lie. My witness statement contained my distress suffered as a result of their breaches of patient confidentiality and Hillery seems totally ignorant about GDPR and how the courts operate - the data subject is NOT awarded compensation for the breach itself having taken place, they are awarded compensation for the amount of distress suffered. Their solicitor also told me 'no harm arose' from this breach - what a pair of liars - the judge awarded compensation solely for distress and £1250 clearly shows distress was caused!

In court NHFT also told the judge mental health patients are not entitled to compensation as they are prone to getting upset. No apology from Hillery, as the CE of a mental Health Trust to the patient for this blatant disability discrimination.

When informed of further data breaches, Hillery paid me a further £750 out of court, admitting no liability of course but the fact that money has been offered and the emails in question were fully deleted is a blatant admission of wrongdoing on their part.

What an arrogant liar she is!
