Richard Wheeler of NHFT struggles to get his story straight

I won court case against NHFT but there was a blindingly obvious confusion on the part of their finance director Richard Wheeler. In his witness statement Mr Wheeler stated that the medical records sent by Dr Iles to Dr Patel of NHFT had been added to my medical records. 2 months later in the court case itself he said they never added these to my medical records. Not sure which of his differing stories to believe but they don't help themselves with these inconsistencies.
