If people were more thoughtful of other people's feelings when they speak and act I believe there would be a lot fewer blogs online.
This blog was created for me to have a voice about things that have happened, as I am legally entitled to do as the information contained throughout is factual and can be backed up if needed and I am entitled to express my feelings about things that have taken place.
Even if things are put right by your organisation, which they should be, I still have every right to tell what happened in the first place.
As an organisation (Cummins Engines) my partner worked for wrote in their corporate ethics training: ''If you wouldn't be happy with what you did being on the front page of the local paper, then don't do it!''
So, with regard to taking posts down,
