James Howett from DAC Beachcroft is a scaremongerer

Updated: Oct 7, 2021

I won 2 cases against NHFT and have sent pre-court action letters for further data breaches. I received today the most ridiculous letter from James Howett riddled with inaccurate information. Even with the last case we sued NHFT for copying a complaint reply with medical information to 4 people at NHFT who had no part in my healthcare. I won this case but James Howitt didn't read it properly and said we were taking action over a 'narrow issue' that they didn't properly identify the people copied in. This was so far from what we were suing them for it was absolutely ridiculous.

He threatens claiming their legal costs blah blah blah - why would that put me off when I know I have a sure win!

His letter also argued the most ridiculous matters - the judge did not condemn Dr Patel - he didn't have to the fact we won that case means Dr Patel was in the wrong and their barrister Thelan admitted in front of the judge that Dr Patel had broken NHS regulations.

It is laughable the correspondence we receive from James Howett - absolutely laughable. I suggest he gets some legal advice himself.

Further to this post James writes that 'no harm arose' from the data breaches - this is legally incorrect as the judge awarded me compensation for distress caused by the breaches!
