So, I rang NHFT's Marshal/Tapiwa Mataye last year with a subject access request about what data Mariah Kattish from his helpline gave to Dr Andrew Iles. He said they gave no data but their solicitors at the time and Iles himself confirmed in writing the fact she had told him I had called the helpline on that day! James Howitt now says she gave no information about my call - make up your minds guys!!!!!
So in making a simple subject access request Marshall notes on my medical record I rang about a 'rape disclosure'. I have never been raped and do not like my medical record inaccurately stating I have. If Marshall saw my previous medical record entry with the word abuse victim and in his poor English skills translated it to 'rape' that is not my problem. the fact is when I rang all I did was ask about data given to Iles, I said nothing of my background of child abuse to him and why would I have asked him to note down a rape disclosure if I have NEVER BEEN RAPED!
I asked them to rectify it and they have refused! It is not someone's opinion and it is a medical diagnosis so by law it should be rectified. They have absolutely NO evidence whatsoever I said I was raped to Marshall and they are 'put to strict proof' that I ever did!
Their current legal representative James Howitt from DAC Beachcroft has gone so far as to say that the 'rape' entry is totally accurate - so James knows I have definitely been raped, why then am I not aware of having been raped - because Marshall and James are off their rockers - I have never been raped so stop saying I have been and stop saying I told you - it never happened.
