So this guy mentioned above from the NHS resolution team working on behalf of Surrey&PBT NHS answers a compliant after simply ignoring it for 4 months, by telling my husband we invented the email in question which was a data breach as Dr Iles plonked my name and DOB in the title, Colin Prior said we imagined it out of nowhere and therefore basically said we are blatant liars. (no apology from him as yet)
His attempt to protect the person involved totally failed this week after we got a reply from SPBT solicitor - the email very much existed and breached my patient confidentiality big time.
Here's a tip for you NHS Resolution people - hire people who can actually do their job!!!!
Its about asserting my rights under GDPR!!!!
