Psychiatrist Dr Andrew Iles condemned by ICO and GMC

The GMC stated that Dr Iles' confidentialty fell below standard and the ICO condemned him for not being open and honest in his data sharing - (he went behind my back several times).

It is good to know that both organisations recognised Dr Iles flagrant disregard for patient confidentialty.

His employers at Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust also apologised for what he did.
