In August this year I won 2 cases in court against NHFT, one was for a letter signed by Angela Hillery herself that was circulated in a way which broke the law. I was compensated for distress caused by these breaches, NHFT wrote the most arrogant letter possible stating I only won the case of 'technical breaches' there is no such thing as a technical breach, you either break data laws or you don't! They broke the law and are too arrogant to apologise. Their incompetent solicitor from DAC Beachcroft states 'no harm arose' from these breaches, legally incorrect as under GDPR the judge awards compensation for the distress not the breach itself. So a mental health Trust caused a patients 2 years of distress by breaking the law and are too damn arrogant to apologise for this distress!
