Hi guys
Family and friends don't have view of my blog at present (except for my partner).
If you're on here and you've been reading the articles it either because you work for an organisation mentioned or have been sent it, media interest, complaints departments, feedback people, etc, etc for interest.
I see from my stats I've had a fair bit of traffic and some have shared on social media too.
Then there's GOOGLE & co to catch up with us here.
But if you're reading today - I recall something I watched as a child:
